Rite of Ipa-Alam

Translated to “The Rite of Farewell,” this is the final journey of Anitos from the Land of Lupa into the great unknown waters. Weary Anito veterans can join their fellow ancestors by paying the ferryman. In exchange, the ferryman will send back new crafting materials and Anito souls which can be used for crafting on-chain weapons in the very near future.

Burning Anito NFTs using $GINTO

Any Anito can be burned (yes even Ancient ones, but why would you want to do that?) Burning an Anito means sending them off to the ferryman and paying an amount of $GINTO. The amount paid gives the player an equivalent number of new crafting materials, Black Pearls, and souls which will then be used to craft NFT weapons.

For example, burning a 3/3 Legendary Genesis Siyokoy with a 20 $GINTO donation will give you 8-10 Siyokoy soulstones with 2 crafting parts and between 58 - 68 Black Pearls.

After burning an Anito, players can immortalize them with a social media card.

In addition to this, burned Genesis and Ancient Anitos also received a special stone that transfers the Genesis glow to your weapon while the Ancient glow will look something like the image below.

Burning an Ancient also gives the maximum possible roll for the item. We plan to unveil more plans for burned Ancients (please, don't though) and other classes down the line. This is only the beginning!
